Norman, Oklahoma - Terence "Terry" Dale Wadley, 66, of Norman, passed July 17th, 2026, in Norman. Visitation will be at Havenbrook Funeral Home on July 22nd, 6-8pm. Graveside services will be July 23rd, 10am at the Norman IOOF Cemetery with Rick Anthony officiating. A gathering will take place after the services. Services are under the direction of Havenbrook Funeral Home of Norman, Oklahoma.

Terry was born January 6th, 1960, in Norman, Oklahoma, to Carl Eugene Wadley and Shirley Mae (Westlund) Wadley. He was raised and resided in Norman, Oklahoma. Terry graduated from Norman High School in 1978, later attending a few semesters at OSU. He began working at Griffin Memorial Hospital in 1981 and retired in 2010 as an Administrative Assistant in HR to care for his father.

Terry enjoyed riding his horses, Moby and Kula, throughout Norman and Noble. His love for riding created many cherished memories, including long journeys that left both him and his horse tired but happy upon returning home. Family was truly the center of Terry's life. He cared for his mother, father, and sister, offering his love, support, and dedication. He was the kind of person who would do anything for the family and friends that surrounded him. His generosity, compassion, and unwavering care will forever be remembered by those who were blessed to know him.

Terry is preceded in death by his father, Carl Wadley; sister, Carla Wadley; step-father, Charles Dixon; grandparents, Fred and Mona Burton; Luther and Oleah Wadley. He is survived by and forever in the hearts of his mother, Shirley Wadley Dixon; niece, Amber Harp, her husband, Shawn; great-nephew and niece, Currin and Kaylee Harp; and countless other family members and friends who will continue to cherish his memory.
