Rodena Edna (Lessly) Cornell, 88, passed away December 9, 2019 in Norman, OK. She was born December 15, 1930 to Roderick and Edna Gray in Seminole, OK. She was a member of the Goodrich United Methodist Church and worked in Dr. Walls office in Norman for many years. Rodena (Granny), is loved by many family and friends. She had a kind, loving, gentle heart and will be missed by all that knew her. She is survived by her children; Keith Lessly and wife Gini, Brenda Mann and husband Steve, grandkids; Jennifer Brown and husband Josh, Carrie Voden and husband Gerre, Stephanie Sturch and husband John, Wayne Lessly and wife Alana, Heather Holder and husband Matt, great grandchildren; Jaelyn, Hunter, Kadie, LilyAnn, Brody, Olivia, Roland, Miles. She is preceded in death by her husband; Roger Wayne Lessly, father; Dr. Roderick E. Gray and his wife Helen Gray, mother; Edna Skinner, sister; Billie Peairson. The family wants to express their appreciation to everyone at Grace Living Center in Norman. They were amazing and very caring and had a special place in their hearts for Rodena. Memorial Service for Rodena is Saturday, December 14, 2019 at 11:00 AM at The John Ireland Funeral Home in Moore, OK.
