My heart is broken for the loss of my friend. I've known Raymond most of my life. I lived only a few miles from him, was part of our church high school group and went to school with him. I ve become good friends with him over the last 10 years as with my dear friend Nancy. He was an active member of the "6-pack" and an honorary member of the select- L. W. M. L. Group. I also worked with him on the TLC History Committe which wouldn't have existed without him and his family's contributions. He was blessed with an incredible memory. Raymond would do anything for anyone and was kind to everyone. He loved Nancy more than life itself. He was so proud to be her husband. I've walked thru our chu...rch this past week and there reminders of him everywhere.... The Walther Room where the History committe met each week for countless hours, the old Baptismal font where was the last baby to be baptized in, the seniors group where, he and Nancy always sat, the Sanctuary front left where Raymond and always set, the sanctuary where Raymond taught me the history of it, about the fire etc. Raymond is with his parents now- he missed them so much. Raymond also loved his church and would fight for what he felt was right especially when it came to our church. He was very generous and would "put his money where his mouth was" when it came to financially supporting his church. I knew even after death that he would still support Trinity financially with his memorial going toward the mortgage fund. Raymond and Nancy, Bill and I love you and we miss Raymond so much. Nancy we are here for you and will continue to pray for you.Read more

My thoughts and prayers are with Nancy and family. The Hartman family were my next door neighbors when Raymond and I were young children. We spent time playing together most everyday. Many fun memories. Will always remember him and his family fondly.
