Jim was such a great neighbor to our family. My children’s and I loved visiting Jim and Rita next door because he would always let them pick any flower from his yard, which was always beautifully landscaped. We will remember Jim as a hero for our country and a very kind neighbor.

I got yo know Jim through our common interest in city politics. He held a cautious view of how the public's
money was spent, and he faithfully spoke his mind. He was otherwise a gentle man, a tslented pilot and a strong patriot. Rest in peace, JimYoou did more than your share for our country.
