Jason was born to Tommy L. Lingle and Helene M. Knapple on September 9, 1971 at Norman Regional Hospital. He departed this life on April 27, 2021 at the age of (49).
He grew up in Noble and played high school football. He graduated with the Class of 1989 and attended Wichita State University. Jason loved sports of any kind. He married Shannon Fryday, the Love of his Life on February 16, 2001. They made Noble their home and also raised their family in Noble. Jason was proud of his hometown and his Noble Bears. He coached his son Hayden and daughter Brittany in football, soccer and baseball from 2001-2018. After they both graduated he continued with his passion of coaching the local children. Jason was a family man. He loved spending time at home and doing things together with his family.
Jason was employed with the University of Oklahoma in the landscaping dept. for many years before going to work for his present employer TerraScapes landscaping.
Jason was preceded in death by his Son; Justen Fryday, his Paternal Grandparents; Hollis and Virgie Lingle and his Maternal Grandparents; Jim and Lucille Knapple. Those who survive him include his Wife Shannon of the home, his Son; Hayden Lingle of the home, his Daughter; Brittany Lingle of the home, his Father; Tommy and LaNeece Lingle of Lexington, his Mother; Helene Knapple of Norman, (2) Sisters; Angela Riddle (Glen) and Cristal Bickley (Dustin), his Grandchild; Fisher; many cousins; many nieces and a nephew that he thought the world of; and many other relatives and friends that will miss him dearly.
