Ft Worth, Texas - Christopher Joseph Hilburn was born December 9, 1963, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He graduated from Norman High School in 1982, where he was an All-Conference defensive tackle for the Norman High School Tigers football team.

Chris worked his way through college in the ROTC program and earned a master's degree in Environmental Science from the University of Oklahoma. He proudly served as a lieutenant in the Army National Guard and was deployed during Desert Storm II.

Following his military service, Chris worked with Purdue Pharmaceutical, Bell Helicopter, and Delta Airlines. He enjoyed deep-sea fishing aboard his Grady White boat.

He is survived by his son, Allen; his mother, Tressa; and siblings Cheryl, Annette, David, Susan, and Jarrett.
