Norman, Oklahoma - Betty was born in New Milford, Pennsylvania, eventually settling in Norman. She pursued her passion for helping others, earning her Master's degree in Nursing and ultimately becoming a beloved and respected teacher.
She dedicated her time to improving the lives of dogs, organizing and hosting the annual Pooch Pool Party for many years. She played an instrumental role in establishing Norman's first dog park.
She passed away peacefully with her daughters by her side.
