Richard Oliver of Nichols Hills was born on June 4, 1946 to Russell Edwin and Eleanor Elizabeth (Stadler) Oliver in Guthrie, Oklahoma. He passed on June 19, 2017 at the age of 71.
Richard attended Harding High School in Oklahoma City, where many of his friends knew him as "Dickie".
