Thelma Nadine Madden Looman

Thelma passed away July 25, 2019. A private memorial was held at the home of Jessica and Kyle McGehee.
Thelma was born to Walter and Faye Madden October 17, 1931 in Washington, Oklahoma where she grew up. After marrying, she moved to Norman. For 20 years, she was the hardest working woman on Main St. From TG&Y, to Adair's Cafeteria, to Safeway, she managed to raise 3 daughters; Theda Philpot, Debbie Owen and Cindy Bodine. They gave her 6 wonderful grandkids and 6 magnificent great-grandkids. Her favorite thing to do was to sew for the entire family, which she did until she was 84 years old. Now mother, dance across the heavens with the love of your life, Dewey Looman. Rest in Peace Thelma Loo.
Heartfelt thanks to Sunset Estates of Purcell and Valir Hospice for the love and care provided to Thelma. We are grateful. Send online condolences to the family

We are so sorry to hear of your moms passing. She, your daddy and girls were so much a part of our early lives. Prayers for comfort during this most difficult time.
