Season's Story

Season Jane Reed, 38, passed away Friday, April 13, 2018 at Norman Regional Hospital surrounded by her family.
First and foremost, Season was a loving and devoted mother of two, Addison Jane, 12 and Keegan Dewayne, 7. Her and her husband Shannon made their home in Yukon.
Season made her life's work as a compassionate, caring registered nurse. Most recently, she worked as a home health nurse and loved to take care of patients. Her passion was helping others and she touched so many people.
Season was born to Cynthia Stretch and Jerry Moran on July 17, 1979 in Muskogee. She was raised in Muskogee, Tulsa and Edmond. She graduated from Hilldale High School in Muskogee in 1997. She attended Northeastern State University where she graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Biology then graduated from nursing school at Conners State College in Warner.
Season married Shannon Reed on May 22, 2004. They made their home in Muskogee, Tulsa, Shreveport/Bossier City, Louisiana and finally in Yukon.
Season was a shining light in her family. She was funny, smart, and beautiful. She was there for her family members when they needed her. She took care of everyone around her and did everything in her power to make sure they were ok.
Season was preceded in death by her grandparents Gwen and Jack Moran of Checotah and Earlena Stretch of Muskogee.
Season is survived by her husband, Shannon, her kids Addison Jane and Keegan, her mother Cynthia Lee and stepfather David Lee of Moore, OK, her father Jerry Moran of Checotah, her mother-in-law Donna Guthrie of Muskogee. Her sister and brother-in-law Melanie and Mark Millsap of Norman, OK, her sister Devyn Moran and fiancé Ryan Staggs of Tahlequah, her stepdaughter and husband Trinity and Trent White of Tulsa, her stepsister and husband Peggy and Greg Sparks of Ft. Gibson and their children. One niece, Makenzie Jane Millsap and nephew, Mason Millsap of Norman. Two granddaughters Haisley and Ashlynn White of Tulsa. Her grandfather Walter Stretch of Warner, OK and numerous aunts and uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be Thursday, April 19, at 10am at Primrose Funeral Home in Norman. Interment will be at Elm Grove Road Cemetery in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 18 from 6pm - 7:30pm at Primrose Funeral Home. Funeral services under the direction of Primrose Funeral Home in Norman.
