Sammy's Story

Sammy Bennett was born to James Kenneth and Evelyn (DeWoody) Bennett on June 8, 1957 at Tuscan, Arizona. Sammy attended Noble High School and married the love of his life Pam Heims on October 15, 1976 at Norman, Ok. They made Slaughterville their home before moving to McAlester. Sammy was a bricklayer by trade for over 35 years. He was owner/operator of Arrowhead Masonary in McAlester before his retirement.
Sammy and Pam enjoyed snow skiing every winter in Colorado, he also enjoyed fishing, hunting and playing video poker. He was preceded in death by his Parents and a Brother Jimmy Bennett. Those who survive him include his Wife Pam of the home, 2 Brothers; Billy Bennett of Canadian, Ok. and Frankie Bennett (Jan) of Lemmon, South Dakota, 2 Sisters; Patsy Johnson (Jimmy) of Corsicana, Tx., Betty Williford (Curtis) of Washington, Ok., Sister-in-law Norma Yandell of Noble, Brother-in-law James Heims (Linda) of Canadian, Ok., numerous Nieces and Nephews, Great Nieces and Nephews 1 Great Great Nephew and other relatives and friends.
FUNERAL SERVICE: 2:00pm Tuesday, October 10th, McMahans Funeral Chapel
INTERMENT: Noble IOOF Cemetery
