Ronald Joe Ronnie Heitz, Jr. Ronald Joe "Ronnie" Heitz, Jr., age 79 of Norman, passed away March 1, 2019 at his home. He was born August 9, 1939 in Norman, OK, to Ronald Joe & Elizabeth Ellen (Welchert) Heitz. Ronnie married Rebecca Jean "Becky" Berry on November 9, 1960. In 2012, Ronnie was named "Cleveland County Fair Patron." The Heitz Family had the last dairy in Cleveland County. Ronnie is survived by his wife of 58 years, Becky, of the home; daughter, Rhonda Hall & husband, Neal of Moore; 2 sons, Rusty Heitz, of Sterling, OK and Randy Heitz & wife, Amy, of Norman; 1 grandson, Chris Hall, of Moore; 3 sisters, Pat Elmore, Cheryl Davis & husband, Mitchell, and Melinda Heitz; 1 brother, Glen Heitz & wife, Charlene; 1 uncle, Jim Heitz; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Phillip Heitz. Prayers for your family during this hard time. I loved Ronnie as if he were my own family. I am really going to miss picking on him and torturing him with all my exercises. Love you all and you are in our thoughts and prayers.
