Ray was my neighbor and friend. We played chess a few times, but more often talked about music (Hank) and art. I got a message from him on his last day about wanting to get some gravel. I'm shocked and saddened. Peace be with you Brother.

I have known Ray for 37 years. He actually did the first magnetic signs that were on my early service vehicles. We had shops next to each other on Industrial Blvd. for a number of years and I always enjoyed our conversations. Ray was a true artist and a truly good guy. He will be missed.
