Pamela Jean McGregor
Pam was born January 14th, 1963 in Norman, Oklahoma. She was a graduate of Robinson Street Christian School. During her long career of accounting work Pam was often promoted to supervisory roles and spent the last eight years loving her work and co-workers as a Cash Applications Specialist in the Patient Financial Services department of Norman Regional Hospital. Pam was an avid Sooner and Thunder fan and we think the word "avid" is an understatement! She loved her Sooners and was so proud of Russell Westbrook and his (3) little ones. Pam was a devoted member of Harvest Church for 35 years.
Speaking of little ones, Pam was "Grammy" to 10 beautiful grandchildren. Pam loved her children and grandchildren (all of us for that matter), in ways that are not easy to describe. She loved in a huge way...
Unselfishly, sacrificially, strongly and supportively (she was passionate and steadfast in seeing the best in all of us, her kids, grandkids, siblings, cousins and parents). We look back and are amazed by her never wavering strength.
Pam was preceded in death by her step father Ronnie Smith, beloved grandmothers Beaulah Clark and Ethel Green and her grandfathers, Harold Clark and Jason Green. Pam is survived by her mother Wanda Dame, father Jim Clark and wife Phyllis, brothers Jack Clark, Andy Smith & Jamie Clark, and sister Terri Whitlock. Pam had three Aunts, Patti Smith, Sue Huffines and Lonni St. John and one uncle Kenneth Green, who were all very special to Pam. Finally, a host of cousins, 9 nieces and nephews and a group of 16 great nieces and nephews, many who have come to love "Aunt Pam's" Banana pudding at the holiday gatherings.
Lastly, Pam is survived by the joys of her life, sons Chris McGregor & Clay McGregor (wife Lindsay) and daughter Heather Wensman (husband Logan). Grammy's group of grandchildren are Austin James, Jaylee Faith, Layla Jane, Baylee Renee, Brayden Jack, Addie Kaye, Jaxon Blake, Maverick Hayes, Claire Olivia-Rose and Wren Scotte (WrenTinTin to her Grammy) Wensman. My little sister was loved so very much by her kids and grandkids! Her parents, siblings and extended family also loved her so very much. We are comforted by knowing we will be reunited with you in heaven Sis!
