Norman Jackson, born July 12, 1943 Durant, passed June 2, 2018.
A loving father, son, grandfather, uncle and friend, he had a great love for his dog, was an retired Army veteran, also retired from federal Civil service, and the Department of Corrections, served on The Strother Board of Education, was an FFA Honorary Chapter Foreman, Lifetime member the National Guard Association, member National Guard and Member American Legion in Tulsa.
Norman is survived by his four-legged companion, Penny Marie Jackson; sons, Jeffrey Jackson and Tana of Oklahoma City and Norman Jackson and Nora of Seminole, daughter, LeaAnn McDaniel and Chip of Atlanta, GA; and a host of relatives and friends.
Norman was predeceased by one son, Walter Allen Rowe, one nephew, Jeremy Jackson and a brother-in-law Dale Radican.
Service will be Wednesday, 10:00AM at Green Hill Funeral Home Chapel in Sapulpa, Burial follows at Rose Hill Cemetery, Calera, Visitation Tuesday 3:00 to 8:00 PM.
