Leo Daniel Lacher Leo Daniel Lacher, 57, of Norman, passed away on September 4, 2018, in Oklahoma City.
Leo was born February 12, 1961, in Kalispell, Montana, to Kasimir and Anna (Lamprecht) Lacher.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Leo was a graduate of Norman High where he was a member of the band, playing the clarinet, and also a graduate from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences. Leo was a system analyst for Seagate for over 30 years. In 1983, he was married to Mary Coffey, with whom they raised three children. And then he married Celia Jones on April 13, 2013, in Norman. He loved hiking, time in nature, and travel (some favorite places included Eureka Springs, anywhere in Colorado and Monterey Bay area in California). He also loved spending time with his grandchildren, going fishing, playing his African drum and when a bit younger did some wind boarding.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Celia, of the home; three children: Adam Lacher and wife, Mandi of Norman, Alison Gray and husband, Heath of Blanchard, and Mary Ellen Lacher and fiancé Matthew Willit of The Village; two step-children: Christi Nishiguchi and husband, Cassio of Raleigh, NC and Clark Jones and wife, Tiffiani of Skiatook; five grandchildren: Aidan, Mackenzie, Emma, Addilyn, and Hensley; two step-grandchildren: Gabi and Braden; one sister Marcia Gaiser and husband, Gary of Mustang; nieces Leah Rusinek, Jayme Cliffton and nephew Jared Gaiser.
