Donald Lee Claypool, 78, went to be with our Lord, March 2, 2018. Donald was born November 27, 1939 in Oklahoma City.
Donald graduated from Wilson High School. Donald worked for Skrivner as a truck driver and for Red Carpet Bus Lines which he enjoyed because he was an avid OU fan since us kids could remember. He loved driving the players and even getting to stand on the sidelines.
He enjoyed motorcycles, taking his wife, Imogene, on trips and later in life going on cruises with his family.
He is survived by his wife; 7 children; John Moles and wife, TJ of Newalla, Donald Moles and wife, Brenda of Noble, Pamela Arthur and Husband Russell of Holdenville, Jeff Moles and wife Cindy of Harrah, Darla Shipman of Lexington, Barbara McFarland of Moore, and Regina Spear-Martinez of Oklahoma City; 24 grandchildren; 39 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; and countless nieces, nephews and other loving family.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Chester and Winnie Mae Claypool, brother Harold Claypool, sister Barbara Ann, 3 grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held 4:00 to 8:00 pm, Thursday, March 8, 2018 at Primrose Funeral Service. Funeral service will be held 1:00 pm, Friday, March 9, 2018 at Primrose Funeral Service Chapel. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery.
