Carolyn Marie (Winn) Fore Carolyn Marie (Winn) Fore passed away January 13, 2019 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, January 19, 2019 at the Strode Funeral Home Chapel in Stillwater, OK. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Carolyn was born August 6th, 1943 in Norman, Oklahoma to Arthur Winn Jr. and Evelyn Marie (Cline) Winn. Carolyn first worked at A&W Root beer as a carhop, where she met her husband Jerry W. Fore of 57 years. She worked at Central State Hospital in the financial department. She received her Real Estate license at the age of 28 and also worked as an Assistant at Southwest Metallurgical Consultants.
Carolyn and her husband bought 7 Knights restaurant and moved to Stillwater, Oklahoma in 1976 and later bought another 7 Knights in their old home town (Norman). Jerry and Carolyn sold both of their restaurants after 5 years and she started working for Oklahoma State University as a Senior Secretary and retired after 20 years. During the time of working, her and her husband owned Fore's Angus Farm. In her retirement she enjoyed hanging out with her family, shopping, bowling, cooking and baking, she made Afghans for all of her family.
Carolyn is survived by her husband, Jerry W. Fore; three daughters, Tonya (Barry), Kimberly (Bill), Melanie (Jeff); one son, Todd (Kim); grandchildren, Brandon (Michael) Keeton, Tara Hatley, Shawndy Weathers, Kyla (Scott) Nelson, Amanda (Matt) Tucker, Cody (Paris) Weathers, Zachery (Keyona) Tarlton, Konor Keeton, Chase (Robbin) Fore, Brant Keeton, Zane Fore and 20 great grandchildren.
Pall Bearers will be Brandon, Cody, Zachery, Chase, Brant and Zane.
