Brandy Lynn Dougherty
July 21, 1968 - December 12, 2018
Brandy met Daryl in 1985 and they dated until they got married Feb. 14, 1991. On March 3, 1999 they welcomed her Pride and joy Dillon. Brandy was the Best, wife, mother, and friend anyone could ever have.
Brandy was an all-star soccer player at Norman High School, lettering all 4 years. Brandy was also a 4.0 student and was in DECCA at Moore-Norman VoTech for fashion. DECCA got brandy into clothing and a start to work at UPS-N-DOWN where she became a manager. When Southwest Airlines built a call center in Oklahoma Brandy joined the Southwest Family. She was in the 1st hiring class. Southwest Airlines became her new love and she was very proud to be there with her new Family. A Family that never let her down even through her sickness and after her death.
Brandy and Daryl went on fourteen cruises together and with family and friends. Brandy also loved the outdoors. Brandy and Daryl had a travel trailer which they keep at one park all summer long. They developed another family there who she loved dearly.
Brandy was preceded in death by both sets of her grandparents, and an aunt and uncle.
Brandy is survived by her husband of 27 years Daryl, her son Dillon (also known as Dill Pickle or BOO BOO), her mother Diana Pepperman, Father James Pepperman, sister Dawn Keathley and husband Bill, Brother Todd Marino, Brother Shane Pepperman, a lot of nieces, nephews and her Southwest and Sulphur Families.
A Memorial Service for Brandy will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at Alameda Church of Christ, 801 Alameda St, Norman, OK. Services are under the direction of the John M. Ireland Funeral Home & Chapel, Moore, OK.
